Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Gym AI. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What Gym AI is

Gym AI is a mobile application that uses an AI model to provide informational feedback on short video clips of you performing strength and calisthenics exercises. The feedback is generated automatically and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to app use) to use Gym AI.

3. Subscriptions

• Auto-renewing subscription. The paid features of Gym AI are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through your Apple Account. You may purchase a monthly or yearly subscription, with a free trial where offered.
• Billing. Apple charges your Apple Account at the stated price at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial. If you start a free trial, you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being charged. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Managing your subscription. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload videos containing other people who have not consented to AI form analysis.
• Upload sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service.
• Use the service to develop a competing AI product.
• Abuse the analysis quota or attempt to circumvent rate limits.

We may suspend access if you violate these rules.

5. AI feedback is not medical or professional advice

The form scores and recommendations are generated by a machine learning model. The feedback can be wrong, especially when video angles, lighting, or framing make the exercise hard to read. Gym AI is not a substitute for a qualified coach, physiotherapist, or medical professional. Do not rely on it to diagnose or treat any condition. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program, particularly if you have an injury or medical condition.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any video you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to upload, process, and forward the video to the AI model only for the purpose of generating your form analysis. Videos are deleted from our servers within one hour. We do not use your videos to train AI models.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including the brand name, logos, and software, is owned by the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control.

8. Disclaimers

Gym AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI feedback will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Gym AI, including injury sustained while performing exercises. Your total recovery, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using Gym AI at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
